Taos Institute
The Taos Institute is a community of scholars
and practitioners concerned with the social processes for constructing knowledge
and human value. The Taos Institute is committed to exploring, developing and
disseminating ideas and practices that promote creative, appreciative and
collaborative processes in families, communities and organizations, including
Appreciative Inquiry. It achieves its educational ends through conferences,
workshops, publications, a PhD program, a distance learning program,
newsletters, and web-based offerings.
Bliss Browne, President of Imagine Chicago,
is an Associate of the Taos Institute. Taos Institute Publications will publish
her major new book about the Imagine movement entitled Imagine: A
Conversation with the Future in 2009.
