Internships & Volunteer Opportunities

Imagine Chicago’s core staff is intentionally small and comprised primarily of the founder working with young interns on a rotating basis. We greatly value intergenerational, intercultural partnerships which renew and expand the organization with fresh ideas and energy. Interns have included Public Allies, Chicago university students, and a number of interns from abroad, principally from the Kaospilot school in Denmark.   Imagine Chicago also works with volunteers of all ages who contribute invaluable professional services and ideas—not only on the board but in a variety of administrative and programmatic support roles. A new volunteer showing up is an invitation to us to accomplish more. We work hard to match your interests with Imagine Chicago's mission.
